Camp Invention

Camp Invention – A Program of the National Inventor’s Hall of Fame Foundation The Camp Invention program is a weeklong nonprofit summer enrichment day program that fosters; creativity, teamwork, inventive-thinking skills and science literacy through hands-on FUN for children entering grades 1 through 6. Camp Invention will take place at Puente de Hozho Elementary in Flagstaff the week of June 16 – 20, 2008. Camp hours are from 9:00 am till 3:30 pm. Canyon Dance Academy Weekly summer classes for ages 1-8  with the theme of Princesses and Pirates! National Youth Sports Program (NYSP) Unfortunately the NYSP 5 week summer sports program at NAU will not be offered this year (2008) due to loss of funding.
NAU Centennial Forest The Northern Arizona University Centennial Forest offers unique forestry and environmental science education programs for the entire family. These programs provide an overnight summer camp experience where kids, ages 9-16, and families learn about and explore the beautiful ponderosa pine forest surrounding Flagstaff, Arizona. The most important emphasis of our curriculum is to have fun while learning in the forest.
